Whooper Retail City High Street Letting

BOX is delighted to have completed a deal for the ‘Home Of The Whopper’, Burger King, in Sheffield city centre on Fargate. The letting of 2 Fargate, which was the former home of Pret A Manger is a gateway unit of high visibility and prominence, which is an important letting for the immediate area.

BOX director, Frankie Labbate, commented “It’s great to bring Burger King to Sheffield city centre, and more importantly, to such a prominent location both within our block but also Fargate as a pitch. This will be a fantastic addition to the high street and hopefully will lead to further quality lettings nearby.
