Bridlesmith Gate in Nottingham City centre has recently undergone a vibrant transformation. BOX Property were brought on board to help put a strategy in place to revitalise the area by Arran Bailey, the managing director of ALB Group, who is developing a number of premises on the street.

Local artists have collaborated to create a colourful and inviting street scene directly onto the buildings, depicting Nottingham over time. Within days of the artwork starting, the intrigue around the new plans set in with locals and tourists, and now occupiers of the street have noticed a that more people have been attracted to the area.

BOX Property have already let out a number of retail and leisure units on Bridlesmith Gate, and this recent regeneration has brought even more interest to the area, with just one unit remaining.
