Castle Fine Art to Open Flagship Nottingham Gallery

BOX Property, acting on behalf of the landlords, have let the former Austin Reed unit within the Exchange Arcade shopping centre in Nottingham city centre to Castle Fine Art.

The nationally based gallery offers a fresh new outlook on contemporary fine art, and the welcoming environment of the Exchange Arcade forms part of the city's most exclusive speciality shopping venue, which boasts a 200-ft high glass dome and 16 shops and places to eat within the Grade II listed building.

Ben Tebbutt, Director at BOX Property, comments “The letting will allow Castle Fine Art to extend their existing offering within the Exchange Arcade, creating a flagship showroom of over 5,000ft²”.
