BOX Property acquires substantial City Centre mixed use development.

BOX Property have acquired the substantial and prominent freehold of 3-23 Wheelergate, Nottingham on behalf of Nine Developments. The mixed-use development/investment provides 9 retail/leisure units which will be let out and 4 substantial floors of office space which will be redeveloped into residential accommodation.
